Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, handle inventory counts, and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment safely, including cash registers and cleaning tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
