Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
