Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
- Operate equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
