Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
