Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Interpret and apply company policies consistently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
