Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure products are neatly arranged.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
