Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency with cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
