Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, follow company policies, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
