Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our store well-organized, serving customers with excellence, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers an hourly rate of $16.00 and the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandising duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
