Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
