Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate key competencies, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Follow inventory procedures and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle store equipment safely and appropriately.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcohol.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
