Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized store shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment safely and in line with company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
