Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
