Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products.
• Operating cash registers and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Conducting inventory counts and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
