Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Assist and provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and security procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
