Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above
• Proficient in cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
