Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
• Stay organized, pay attention to detail, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
