Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
