Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's upkeep, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain neat displays, and assist in general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
