Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Educational background and retail experience preferred
