Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
