Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer inquiries, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience desirable.
