Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires working collaboratively with the ALDI team and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
