Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with our team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers with their needs and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail and equipment operation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
