Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an excellent customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or recommendations.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
