Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team is crucial in enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Stock shelves neatly and process customer purchases accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
