Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
