Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
