Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
