Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of presentation and customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy
• Capable of lifting and stocking products up to 45 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
