Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing purchases, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
