Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment and following company policies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
