Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi and play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, manage cashier duties, and maintain a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to store management.
- Adhere to company policies on inventory management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
