Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
