Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks with excellence while embodying our core competencies.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Capability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Ability to uphold company policies, multitask efficiently, and follow instructions.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales, if applicable.
