Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and support overall store operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Report product feedback, inventory issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
