Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning tasks
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Support in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
