Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to ensure a visually appealing store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counting and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and to use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
