Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow inventory procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
