Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash-handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Skills to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
