Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate ALDI's core competencies, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail
• Assist customers and provide outstanding service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
