Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
- Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
