Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and assist customers with their shopping experience, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
