Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise displays and shelves efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock inventory and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
