Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
