Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of general cleaning tasks to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience desirable
