Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and policies, ensuring data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and stocking merchandise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
