Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, all while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
