Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Operation of store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Maintain organization and attention to detail

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
