Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you will play a vital part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Carry out general cleaning duties and perform tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
